Ryan is an Australian Podiatrist who graduated from Charles Sturt University (CSU). Prior to joining the team at Capital Podiatry Centre, Ryan was working for a biomechanics focused podiatry practice in Singapore for 4-years.
Ryan’s primary clinical specialty is in biomechanics and foot orthotics prescriptions, and he is as comfortable helping resolve muscle and joint pains suffered by urban adults right through to athletes. He is also well-known for his painless and aesthetically driven surgical approach for resolving ingrown toenails and nail infections.
Ryan is trained in medical shockwave applications for non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal conditions such as heel pain, Achilles tendinopathy and knee pain. Growing up with a strong representation in rugby, cross-country running, and competitive skiing; Ryan understands the importance of functioning at peak performance, which can be achieved through effective management of musculoskeletal injuries and well round care of the lower limb.
